Dr. Gillen grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
She attended Duquesne University and obtained her Bachelor's degree in science. She then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic.
She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic Summa Cum Laude and with Research Honors.
Dr. Gillen obtained additional training in the Blair Upper Cervical technique and Thompson technique while attending Palmer.
After the birth of her second child, she realized the need for a maternal and pediatric-focused chiropractor in the Flathead Valley. She is currently working towards her Diplomate in pediatrics with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).
Dr. Kali has also trained directly under Dr. Marcia Schaefer using the Schaefer Protocol, which is geared to empower healthy families from fertility forward.
Dr. Kali is certified in The FOCUS approach to Neuro-Deflective Disorders and a member of Dr. Amy Spoelstra's Focus Academy where she continues to develop her knowledge and skills to lead with brain development in order to develop a more comprehensive and brain-based approach to helping individuals with behavioral, learning and developmental challenges.
